Pharmacy Director
at Grand River Health, you’ll lead a collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to safe, effective, and compassionate patient care across all our service lines. You’ll shape the vision for pharmacy services—setting policies, ensuring compliance with USP 797 & 800, and partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and department leaders to improve processes and promote effective drug therapy. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes, staff development, and the overall success of our hospital. Direct, establish, and plan overall policies and goals for the hospital’s pharmacy services Maintain regular contact with medical staff, nursing staff, and department heads to identify needs, resolve issues, and strengthen collaboration Oversee regulatory compliance, including serving as coordinator of USP 797 & 800 guidelines (unless otherwise delegated per policy) Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish departmental goals Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, providing guidance with creativity and latitude Ensure safe, effective, and efficient use of medications in the institutional setting Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.Doctorate preferred. Must be licensed by the State of Colorado Board of Pharmacy to practice pharmacy. Must meet State of Colorado requirements for Pharmacists. Requires minimum of three years of experience in Hospital or Institutional Pharmacy. What We Offer Our total rewards package includes Pay Range:

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
