Responsibilities
Provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system.
Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customers daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications.
May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
2 years - Systems Implementation; Or - 2 years - Systems Design; Or - 3 years - Systems Support.
HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
Preferred Skills
VoIP protocols, including Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) Networking fundamentals; including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
Familiarity with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection and Microsoft Teams Voice.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic voice-related issues, such as poor call quality (jitter, latency) and connectivity problems.
Exposure to VoIP hardware like IP phones, gateways, and session border controllers (SBCs).
