We're hiring a

Fleet Delivery & Disposal Administrator

in Coppell, TX! This role supports fleet operations by handling new vehicle intake, tracking disposals, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

What You'll Do: Process registrations, temporary tags, and documentation Coordinate with upfitters, Branch teams, and third-party providers for vehicle delivery Track asset transfers and maintain accurate records in databases Support disposal decisions (donate, scrap, sell) and process required documents Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to resolve issues What We're Looking For:

Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) 2+ years administrative, fleet, or asset management experience Strong Excel and database skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills What's Offered:

$25.00 to $35.00 per hour
