That's why our drivers thrive with us for the long haul. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Earn up to $80,000 to $90,000 for qualified candidates based on experience. Your Role as a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Pre/Post Trip Inspections: Check tractor-trailer for any defects and submit the DOT inspection report. Verify Deliveries: Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries. Driving Duties: Safely operate the tractor-trailer to various destinations while adhering to commercial driving regulations. Log Maintenance: Keep driver log (manual or Peoplenet) in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting deliveries, temperatures, and exceptions. Product Delivery: Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises efficiently. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A). A minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience is required. Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
