Adecco is currently assisting a National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a Mail Processor I in Scottsdale, AZ. Apply Now!

The job scope is working with the mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

Schedule: 9a-6p

The anticipated wage for this position is between $18 and $18.55. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Print or mail room setting

Proficiency with Microsoft business software (Excel, PDF & Outlook)

Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds

Able to pass a background & Drug test

Able to stand for long periods of the day.

Effective verbal and written communications skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Be able to run:

Neopost/ Pitney Bowes Class inserters

Xerox production class printers

Experience in a similar or related role

Pay Details:

$18.00 to $18.55 per hour
