Work on customer-centric projects that improve the overall customer experience. Use your education to solve real-world problems and optimize operations for measurable business impact. Apply supply chain knowledge and analytic skills to enhance network efficiency and performance. Work with systems, data, and AI to report on and drive performance improvements. Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives alongside full-time team members. Gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and decision-making. What Makes You A Good Fit
A rising senior graduating in 2027, a master's / graduate student or MBA student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Technical & Business Knowledge - Understanding of supply chain principles, international trade, manufacturing optimization, and operations management and an awareness of business concepts such as cost efficiency and logistics impact. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, and have an interest in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) Communication & Collaboration - Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships, effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills, and basic project management knowledge and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Additional information: This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. Henkel's Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August. Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
