About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Water and Wastewater Engineering. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a vision for driving growth, profitability, and innovation in the division. This role requires a proven track record in leading teams, strong client-facing and engagement skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple projects. The Vice President will be the senior technical authority for water and wastewater systems, overseeing the technical and financial management of projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas is a must, as is expertise in water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pipeline projects, and tunnels.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred. The role involves defining and implementing the vision for the division, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with municipalities and public agencies. The ideal candidate will have a detailed project resume showcasing relevant municipal projects and experience with the City of Austin is preferred.
