Industry Civil Engineering Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering Services to lead our division and oversee Central Texas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing a visionary strategy that drives growth, delivering innovative, high-quality projects while ensuring profitability. This senior role requires a proven leader with extensive experience in managing teams, overseeing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, especially within municipal project environments. The Vice President will serve as the senior technical authority for water and wastewater systems, guiding the design, evaluation, and master planning of treatment plants, pipelines, and related infrastructure. To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (an advanced degree is preferred) and hold an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license. We are particularly interested in candidates with a robust project resume that highlights recent experience with water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, pipeline projects, and tunneling. Exceptional client-facing and engagement skills are essential, particularly with municipal clients in the area. The Vice President will be tasked with fostering and maintaining relationships with municipalities and public agencies, in addition to recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team of engineers and project managers. A commitment to quality assurance, compliance with regulatory standards, and a steadfast focus on technical excellence will be critical to the success in this role.
