Industry Civil Engineering Type Privately Held About the Role We are actively seeking a Vice President of Water and Wastewater Engineering to lead our division with strategic vision and technical excellence. This integral role is designed for a dynamic leader who has a successful history in managing teams, fostering client relationships, and overseeing municipal projects from conception to execution. Key responsibilities include: Defining and executing the vision for the Water and Wastewater division. Driving innovation and growth within the department. Ensuring timely and successful delivery of water and wastewater projects. Building key relationships with major municipal clients, including the City of Austin. Leading a high-performing team of engineers and project managers. To qualify for this role, candidates must possess: A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline (an advanced degree is preferred). An active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license. Extensive hands-on experience in water and wastewater engineering, specifically with municipal projects. A comprehensive project resume that displays relevant work. Strong technical competencies in the design of water and wastewater systems. Proven experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong business acumen, a knack for identifying new opportunities, and a steadfast commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
