The Company is seeking an Executive Chief of Staff to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, overseeing presidential initiatives, special projects, and the administrative functions of the President's office. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating the President's interactions with senior executive staff, faculty, and various stakeholders. The Executive Chief of Staff will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships, ensuring the President's office operates efficiently, and providing high-level project management. Compliance with academic and administrative policies, as well as strategic planning and problem-solving, are key aspects of the position.
Applicants for the Executive Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' related experience, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree and having a background in academic medicine. The role requires excellent organizational, problem-solving, and supervisory skills, as well as a strong commitment to service and a student-centered approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with underrepresented and marginalized students and faculty in health-related or STEM fields is highly desirable.
