The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Facilities Administration and JOC Program to play a pivotal role in the efficient management of facility operations, emergency response, and program administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility services administration, including the JOC program, and will work closely with regional maintenance hubs to ensure standardized professional levels of facility operations. This leadership position involves collaboration with various departments to implement best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage centralized service contracts with vendors. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in developing and standardizing maintenance programs, managing budgetary aspects, and leading efforts in facility planning and improvement projects.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a facilities-related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. A master's degree and additional years of experience in facility operations and professional engineering are preferred. The role requires a strong background in building engineering components, construction, and maintenance standards, as well as experience in project management, routine and preventive maintenance, and construction economics.
