The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and management. The CFO will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and overseeing the finance, government grants, and procurement teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's financial integrity, sustainability, and transparency, all while supporting its mission and strategic goals. The successful candidate will lead the development of annual budgets, monitor performance, and recommend corrective actions as needed. They will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with all regulations and standards, as well as identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a Master's degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial management, particularly in the nonprofit sector, is required.
