Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join a team.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $45,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines CSR, your primary duties will include:
Answering client inquiries via phone and email. Servicing existing policies, including policy changes, endorsements, and addressing general billing questions. Assisting clients with rate increase inquiries and providing quotes for new and renewal business. Managing a large book of business consisting of personal lines clients and policies (alongside another team member). Utilizing EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (open to candidates with captive insurance experience). Technical Skills : Proficiency in EPIC software or similar platforms is preferred. Licenses/Designations : An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem-solving capabilities, and a client-focused mindset.
