Seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist/Personal Lines CSR to join a team. Responsibilities
Serve as the front-line representative of the agency, answering and directing incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Handle personal lines insurance changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency standards. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence and maintaining organized records. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant insurance industry experience. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications is preferred. Professional demeanor, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license is preferred.
