Supply Chain Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing & System Maintenance
Assist in creating and maintaining supply chain-related data in systems (e.g., ERP, SAP, NetSuite). Prepare and organize reports such as shipment tracking, inventory status, and supplier performance. Procurement & Order Management
Help with issuing purchase orders (POs), tracking delivery schedules, and verifying receipts and invoices. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and handle exceptions. Inventory & Logistics Support
Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies. Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound/outbound shipments and support delivery arrangements. Analyze historical data and market trends, forecast inventory needs, and make replenishment recommendations to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Cross-Department Coordination
Communicate with internal teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to support supply and demand requirements. Help address supply chain disruptions or delays. Document & Contract Management
Organize and archive procurement documents, contracts, shipping forms, and customs paperwork. Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; experience with ERP systems is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure, and with good communication skills. English reading and business writing skills are a plus. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18-$20/hour
