Job Summary
Crown Mechanical is seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, along with a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and more. Diagnose and correct HVAC system issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Complete service documentation, reports, and customer communications. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet job specifications. Follow all safety procedures, codes, and regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle. Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC. HVAC trade school certification or equivalent experience preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various environments (rooftops, crawlspaces, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. What We Offer
