Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Controller
to lead our Finance Department. This hybrid position (based in our Doraville, GA office) will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and provide strategic financial leadership across our global ministry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Finance staff, fostering growth and professional development. Oversee preparation of accurate, timely financial statements. Strengthen and monitor the internal control environment. Coordinate the annual audit and manage tax filings. Direct the annual budgeting process and provide financial insights to leadership. Ensure compliance with regulatory filings, charitable registrations, and international financial reporting. Support special projects, including global reconciliations and tax compliance initiatives. Qualifications
CPA license required; strong knowledge of GAAP. Proven leadership experience within a Finance or Accounting department. Experience with audits, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in financial/accounting software (e.g., Great Plains, analytics tools). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
