Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a highly polished Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to senior executives while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys wearing many hats.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (including AV and catering)
  • Arrange domestic & international travel and process expense reports
  • Welcome and assist visitors, prepare meeting rooms, and help with reception coverage
  • Support office operations including supplies, kitchen upkeep, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with formatting documents, presentations, and ad hoc projects
  • Handle correspondence and sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and special, ad hoc projects, and catering

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience (supporting senior-level executives preferred)
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent judgment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
