Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain records and databases.

• Process invoices and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments.

• Utilize Excel for creating formulas and managing spreadsheets effectively.

• Maintain and organize documents using Adobe tools.

• Handle correspondence and scheduling tasks through Microsoft Outlook.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.

• Manage files and information using SharePoint.

• Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.

• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and SharePoint.
• Strong skills in Excel, including the ability to create and use formulas.
• Familiarity with Adobe for document management.
