Position Overview

As a key member of our HR team, you'll support the full spectrum of HR functions-from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and training-ensuring alignment with our operational goals and company values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds trust across all levels, and uses data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Site Partnership & Employee Advocacy • Serve as the daily HR contact for site leadership and employees. • Translate business needs into HR actions and support change initiatives. • Mediate workplace concerns and ensure consistent policy application. • Actively listen to employee feedback and advocate for improvements.

Talent Stewardship • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and retention for hourly and salaried roles. • Administer performance management and support development planning. • Manage intern program and early-career pipeline initiatives.

Onboarding & Assimilation • Deliver consistent, welcoming onboarding experiences. • Partner with hiring managers to tailor onboarding plans. • Track feedback and escalate opportunities for improvement.

Employee Relations & Engagement • Address employee relations issues and support investigations. • Monitor morale and recommend culture-enhancing initiatives. • Promote recognition, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Training & Development • Coordinate site-level training and learning initiatives. • Support supervisors with coaching and development conversations. • Track HR metrics to inform decisions and action plans.

HR Services & Compliance • Maintain accurate records and support payroll and benefits administration. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Support audit readiness and administrative optimization.

Benefits Administration • Assist employees with benefits questions and coordinate with Total Rewards. • Support open enrollment and benefits education.

HR Strategy Delivery • Implement site-level components of enterprise HR initiatives. • Monitor effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Compensation Planning • Support merit and market adjustments for salaried employees. • Guide managers on pay decisions and monitor internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

The base salary range for this position is $62,400 - $93,600. Actual base salary is based on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
