Position Summary:

The HR Generalist is responsible for carrying out a wide range of human resources duties, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment: post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation. Administer employee benefits programs and respond to questions regarding health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements. Address employee relations issues, investigate complaints, and help resolve workplace conflicts in collaboration with management. Support performance management processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and coaching documentation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices. Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as needed. Support training and development initiatives. Participate in HR projects, such as policy updates, engagement surveys, or wellness programs. Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related questions and policies. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in an HR role; generalist experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
