Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions or concerns Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide requested information Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions Resolve product or service issues efficiently and courteously Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Meet performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in a call center or customer service role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficient in basic computer systems and CRM tools Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Additional Information
