Document customer interactions in the system accurately. Follow company policies and procedures in handling customer situations. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficient in computer use and familiar with CRM systems.
