to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring each customer receives exceptional service. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures and protocols Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to a high-performance team culture Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) Previous customer service experience preferred (minimum 1 year) Strong verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer systems and customer service software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be authorized to work in the United States Additional Information
