5 plus years of real estate accounting experience supporting multi-family properties MUST HAVE 3rd party company multifamily property accounting Supporting third party clients Having overseen a team of at least 2-3 staff Team size - 2 accounting managers and 3-5 staff under them Schedule (hybrid ) - 3 days in office 2 days remote month-end close accruals journal entries reconciliations AP/AR financial reporting working with 100 plus clients
