This is a full-time, in-office opportunity (onsite four days per week) that offers professional autonomy, strong benefits, and a supportive company culture. As a Staff Accountant , you’ll report directly to the Controller, gain broad exposure to accounting operations, and enjoy opportunities for increased flexibility as you prove yourself. Staff Accountant Base salary : $55,000-70,000 Offering Autonomy & Flexibility: The organization fosters a high-performance, trust-based environment. Collaborative, Small Accounting Team: The Staff Accountant will work in a small department with lateral and growth roles across the firm, ensuring cross-functional exposure and mentorship opportunities. Bonus Potential: Eligible for an annual bonus Generous Time Off: Includes 10 PTO days, 15 holidays, and the office is closed between Christmas and New Year’s as well as two days for Thanksgiving.
