Job Description

Lead construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and scope. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Prepare and negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders. Conduct weekly meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage change orders and financial tracking. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, including ground-up projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards (OSHA), and building codes. Experience overseeing Multi-Family Residential projects from pre-construction through final turnover. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office). Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Certifications such as PMP or OSHA 30 are preferred. What's on Offer
