Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate department
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments for clients and staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and filing
- Assist clients with completing insurance-related forms and documents
- Offer basic information regarding the company and its services
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
