Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

HR Assistant

to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks and HR functions. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary notices. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance. Help organize and coordinate HR projects, events, and training sessions. Ensure the confidentiality of HR data and employee information. Support payroll and benefits administration as needed. Maintain office policies and procedures, and suggest improvements where necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR training or education is a plus. Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Working Conditions: Office environment Regular working hours, with occasional overtime depending on business needs
