Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Legal Assistant Manager to join a law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with hybrid felxibility. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach legal assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality, consistent work. Collaborate with practice group leadership to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and client service. Manage team performance, scheduling, development, and conflict resolution. Drive operational improvements and oversee key projects, including legal matter administration. Support hiring, onboarding, and training in partnership with HR. Maintain and enforce policies, procedures, and productivity standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of management and leadership experience. Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage heavy workloads. Strong leadership and team development skills.
