Hourly Pay: $19.50 | Hybrid Schedule | Evening Shifts Available
Are you a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Associate Operations Coordinator and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. What You'll Do:
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering timely support. Act as a central point of contact-communicating clearly with customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. Handle challenges with professionalism, using tact and diplomacy to resolve issues. Keep customers informed with proactive updates and manage exceptions with care. Monitor performance metrics and data to ensure accuracy and drive quality improvements. Support pricing strategies and contribute insights that help grow customer relationships. What You Bring: A high school diploma or GED. Previous experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills. A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail. Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and a willingness to learn internal systems. Ability to pass a background check including education and employment verification. Schedule Options:
Evening shifts available from 4 PM to 12 AM, with flexible scheduling across the week/weekend.
Training is Monday-Friday, 4 PM to 12 AM for the first two weeks (in-office). After training, you'll only need to be in the office once a month-the rest is remote!
