Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is weeking reliable candidates for a Quality Inspector position with a company in Erie, PA. This is a 1st shift position with a pay range of $15-17/hour.
Quality Inspector Pay Range:
$15-17/hr Shift:
6am-2:30pm M-F--could be flexible with a 7am-3:30pm shift, M-F

Duties
Follow job order to the exact detail Compare job order with specs on the computer screen Use of magnifying glass to observe defects in soldering balls and joints Report defects Pull part that is defective Repetitive position Sitting position Perform visual inspection of both printed circuit boards and assemblies Verify material according to applicable acceptance criteria (IPC, IIP, data sheets, etc.) Interpret drawings, work instructions, job routings, test instructions, BOM's and inspection documents Identify/segregate nonconforming material according to established procedures Maintain accurate records of product acceptance and FAI/FAR requirements Verify in-process and finished product according to applicable standards and criteria (AQL, QSL, customer print, established program, etc. Perform inspections using optical scopes, measurement tools and x-ray equipment Qualifications
Previous OEM or EMS industry experience highly desirable but not required Must be proficient with using a computer. Job requires utilizing Outlook, Excel, Word for important documentation Experience in ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 13485 manufacturing environment preferred but not required Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities Excellent communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas High school diploma or GED Benefits
