Customer Service Representatives

Training & Schedule
Training:
Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM for 3.5 weeks.
Includes one 30-minute lunch and two 10-minute breaks. Attendance is critical -
more than 1 missed training day will result in termination .
Post-Training Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
No weekends.
Job Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming customer calls with professionalism. Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries effectively. Meet established productivity goals (5 calls per hour after 6 months). Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure compliance. Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to work on-site during training (with possible WFH option after performance goals are met). Reliable attendance and commitment to meeting scheduling requirements. Additional Details

Casual (no shorts or sweats). Attendance Policy (post-training):
