Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time training) Work Schedule After Training
Must be available Monday-Friday between
7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday, Sunday, and holidays between
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Fluctuating schedule within these hours (40-hour work week guaranteed) Position Summary
We are looking for a
Call Center Customer Service Representative
with call center experience to join our growing team. The role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing accurate, timely information using standard procedures. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls using standard scripts and procedures. Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence. Gather information, research solutions, and document all customer interactions. Provide accurate resolution options in a timely manner. Conduct customer needs analysis and inform customers of available services and resources. Maintain adherence standards (attendance, punctuality, proper system use). Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of call center experience
required. Skills:
Strong communication and active listening abilities. Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset. Basic computer and data entry skills.
Other Requirements:
Must successfully pass a
criminal background check
and
drug screen
prior to start. Completion of interview process required.
