Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr About the Opportunity A recognized services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking an experienced HR professional to join their staff as their new Director of Human Resources. Hybrid or Remote: Onsite Monday to Thursday, Work From Home on Friday Hours: 8am to 4:30pm with some flexibility required Responsibilities Aligning HR strategies with business objectives in collaboration with executive leadership Leading workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws Managing, mentoring, and developing an HR team of five professionals Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and laws Proficiency in Microsoft applications Strong communication and analytical skills Excellent leadership and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters Innovative and collaborative mindset Desired Skills 3+ years of experience in an HR Leadership role SHRM-CP certification Experience with ADP Workforce Now Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
