Human Resources Director

General HR Duties:

• Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
• Employee relations
• On-boarding
• Compliance

Payroll Duties:

• Time and Attendance entry
• Payroll Register Audit and Review
• Understand Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Recruiting Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment
• Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
• Manage the job postings process
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct phone and office interviews
• Understand HR policy and practices, benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience required
• 2 years of HR management experience, including recruiting experience, required
• 2 years payroll processing experience required
• Must have strong knowledge of Federal and TN employment laws and regulations
• Staffing coordination experience preferred

Salary: $65k-$70k depending on experience in long-term care (Must have nursing home experience).
