Test Engineer (Server & Rack/MNC/East)

Responsibilities: Lead test-related activities and teams for server and rack products in production. Maintain and support PXE server configuration, burn-in, power, and run-in test processes. Analyze test failures, liaise with internal teams and customers for resolution and improvements. Support NPI processes, ISO activities, and provide training and documentation updates. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in production support and improvement initiatives. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in server and rack manufacturing or EMS industry. Strong understanding of test methods, debugging, and programming skills. Effective communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
