Resident Architect (Site-based)

Responsibilities: Supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs, statutory regulations (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA), and quality standards. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve architectural issues. Conduct regular inspections, prepare reports on workmanship and compliance, and monitor progress and quality of architectural installations. Manage architectural defects identification and rectification processes during completion stages (TOP / CSC). Maintain safety compliance for architectural works and support coordination with other trades (MEP, structural, interior design). Requirements: Diploma in Architecture or related field. Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential projects or relevant. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, local building codes, and site coordination. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM viewing tools.
