Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of 2nd shift production. This role is critical in advancing our safety, environmental, and performance standards toward world-class results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 2nd shift production operations, ensuring alignment with safety and environmental protocols.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of production processes and equipment to effectively monitor and improve team performance.

Develop and implement training and development plans to support team growth and capability.

Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to both direct and indirect reports.

Set clear expectations and manage all required reporting and documentation.

Support and execute additional projects as assigned.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain and update production documentation including SOPs, BOMs, and quality standards.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

Monitor and manage operational metrics to meet or exceed performance targets.

Drive the team toward achieving financial and efficiency goals.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required- engineering degree preferred

Consideration will be given for commensurate experience supervising/managing shop floor personnel in a manufacturing environment in lieu of a formal Bachelor's degree.

5+ years' experience in supervision of production employees in a manufacturing environment required

Computer/analytical skills

Have demonstrated experience in developing teams and individual employees

Must be a team player. Self-starter and meet commitments & deadlines with limited direct supervision.

Safe and quality work ethic. Understand SOP's that relate to department activities

Knowledge of materials and inventory control practices, production scheduling, and engineering in a manufacturing environment.- Experience in an ISO environment and with WCM programs preferred.

Essential functions will include:

Time on production floor - know processes and equipment.- Monitors performance and achieve objectives related to Safety, Quality, Environmental, Efficiency, Timeliness and Cost Effectiveness of work within the production floor and meets on time delivery dates. Setting production machine and personnel schedule.

Manages 2nd shift Bearings & films production directly. Responsible for leading and developing employees.

Understands all production related documents and helps to keep them current and accurate.- Responsible for the training, coaching and development of employees and documenting progress.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,500.- -However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,400 to $135,800.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
