Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist with orders and provide general information.
• Provide a luxury customer experience, offering "white glove" service to resolve order issues, process transactions, and handle refunds in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Manage customer data and orders using multiple systems like SAP, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all interactions and information are accurately documented.
• Collaborate with management to escalate complex cases, address customer needs, and report any urgent quality or food safety issues.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Must have customer service experience, ideally with a background in retail, e-commerce, or call center.
• Must be proficient with computers and should have experience with IVR Call Center systems, as well as order entry software like SAP or Salesforce. A "white glove" approach to customer service is a must.
