Sales Representative – Doral/Miami, FL

Location: Doral, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20/hour + uncapped commission
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We represent a well-established business in the home remodeling industry, specializing in flooring, kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, and window treatments. With a high-traffic showroom and a growing client base that includes homeowners, contractors, real estate professionals, and designers, we offer a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with product selection
• Provide expert recommendations for flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and window treatments
• Prepare accurate quotes and invoices
• Follow up with inbound leads and client inquiries
• Cold call and develop relationships with local contractors, designers, and other businesses
• Coordinate with the design and installation teams to ensure project success

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or B2B)
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Tech-savvy; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Must be available to work onsite in Doral, FL

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20/hour
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days Off: Sunday plus one weekday off
