Project Manager Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the successful completion of each project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Ensure all project team members are meeting project objectives and deadlines
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients
  • Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with experience in multi-family and high-rise building construction
  • Strong knowledge of Procore and other project management software
  • Experience with design-build projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
