Key Responsibilities: Oversee electrical construction projects to ensure alignment with contract documents, plans, budgets, and schedules. Interface directly with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Collaborate with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and manage on-site operations. Provide technical guidance including drawing interpretation, issue resolution, and recommendations on construction and maintenance practices. Assist in developing and enforcing project procedures and quality standards. Ensure all on-site personnel adhere to safety protocols and client-specific procedures. Supervise crews including Foremen and Craftsmen. Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training. Model safe work behavior and consistently use personal protective equipment (PPE). Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of electrical experience in a commercial or industrial setting (required). Journeyman Electrician License (preferred). Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Familiarity with NEC requirements and OSHA safety standards. Flexibility to work varying hours including overtime, occasional weekends, holidays, and overnight travel. Willingness to travel to support major commercial and industrial clients across North America. Physically capable of lifting/moving up to 75 lbs, working in awkward positions, climbing ladders, and using hand/power tools. Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening.
