Title: Construction Project Manager - Multifamily
Location: Cedar Rapids/Iowa City.
Requirements: Proven experience as Construction Project Manager. Multi-family experience preferred.
Salary: $80k - $110k + bonus, full benefits, company vehicle and allowances

Whether it's a modern apartment complex, a retail center, or a municipal facility, we deliver projects that blend functionality with thoughtful design.
What you'll do:
As a Multifamily Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of ground-up residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec. You'll coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to drive progress and resolve issues swiftly. Your role includes managing site operations, safety protocols, and quality control while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. From pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs, you'll be the driving force behind successful project execution.
Compensation:
$80k - $110k
