Role Overview

The Management Accountant is responsible for producing timely and insightful financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reports
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across departments

• Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

Qualifications

• CPA license (active and in good standing)
• Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and modeling
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
