Overview

Position Summary: We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join our front-office team. This individual will be responsible for welcoming clients, answering calls, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the office—all while maintaining the utmost discretion and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client interactions and records
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and front desk appointments
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and administrative support tasks
  • Keep the front office organized and presentable

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (healthcare or legal a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly Pay: $19 – $22/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-time, on-site Monday to Friday
