Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll with accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations.

• Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ongoing support.

• Maintain and update HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and procedures.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

• Generate reports related to payroll, benefits, and HR metrics as needed.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and onboarding procedures.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
