We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team Fresno. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. This is a Contract-to-ongoing position within the manufacturing industry, offering the opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee relations to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead onboarding initiatives to streamline the integration of new team members into the organization.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain and update employee records effectively.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support to management on human resources matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and understanding of company policies.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning needs.
• Monitor and assess HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and conflict resolution strategies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR administration.
• Experience managing benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes for new hires.
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
