QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
to help manage bookkeeping and tax preparation tasks. If you are
detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and responsible
, this role could be a great fit for you! Key Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients, ensuring
accurate and up-to-date financial records . Reconcile
bank and credit card accounts
, categorize transactions, and generate financial reports. Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. Maintain
organized financial records
and support tax planning efforts. Communicate with clients regarding financial inquiries and document requests. Stay up to date with
tax laws and bookkeeping best practices . Qualifications: Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is required. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is essential. Strong
attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Ability to
work independently
and meet deadlines. Motivated to
learn and grow
