The Company is seeking a Vice President for Academic Services to join its innovative and forward-thinking community. The successful candidate will serve as the Chief Instructional Officer and Accreditation Liaison Officer, with a focus on advancing strategic vision, inspiring faculty and staff, and championing student equity. This high-visibility executive role requires a bold academic leader with a proven record in executing strategic goals, shaping instructional vision, and fostering cross-campus collaboration to ensure student success. The Vice President will work closely with the Vice President of Student Services and Equity to align instruction with comprehensive student support and will be responsible for the overall design, organization, and delivery of a comprehensive instructional program.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President include providing dynamic academic and administrative leadership, promoting integrated planning, and inclusive decision-making, and overseeing faculty evaluation and tenure review processes. The role also involves leadership in enrollment management, budget alignment, and representation at local, regional, and state levels. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, demonstrated senior administrative leadership in higher education, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. They should be adept at building partnerships across divisions, ensuring high-quality instructional delivery, and supporting grant-funded initiatives that benefit instructional programs and learning equity.
